All members and friends of the greater Pleasant Pond – Cobbosseecontee Stream community are invited to attend our 2026 PPCSLA Annual Gathering to enjoy a potluck picnic, great raffle prizes, and to celebrate our community. We’ll hold a short business meeting to learn about our lake association and elect our first Board of Directors (see below for candidates). We’ll have guest speakers from our partner organizations who will address aquatic invasive species and water quality issues in the watershed, and ways that we can work together to protect our wonderful lake and stream resources. The Annual Gathering is a marvelous opportunity to meet and make new friends, to learn about what’s happening on our lake and stream as well as the greater Cobbossee Watershed, and to learn how you can get involved as a volunteer. We’ll be meeting at an indoors location so weather will not be a problem. We look forward to seeing you there!
