Membership is open to anyone who loves our pond and stream and wants to support our efforts to protect and preserve their health and beauty.
1. Annual Membership Dues is just $25. Your annual dues pays for our administrative costs as an organization.
2. Additional donations above $25 go into our Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) Control Fund which pays for AIS management services through our partner organization, the Watershed Friends of Winthrop, Maine.
3. Recreational day users: We would love your support of our AIS Control Fund! Donate what you can and it will go directly to funding our efforts to control aquatic invasive species infesting the pond and stream. No pesky emails or mailings. Thank you for your support!
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We have partnered with Zeffy.com to provide an online donation platform. Zeffy gives us 100% of the money you donate without an automatic surcharge or fee (typically ~3% or more) applied to the transaction. Instead, they ask for a voluntary tip which covers their costs. Once you have defined your donation, you will be asked to make a tip, the default being 17%. Do not despair! Simply click on the tip window, choose Other, and set the amount of tip you wish to give. ZEFFY DOES NOT REQUIRE THAT YOU GIVE A TIP.
